Service Description

A GLOWTASTIC way to celebrate your special day! A total of 1.5  hour of fitness, frolic and fun! One hour of exclusive use of our amazing GLOWING Gym and 30 minutes in our private GLOWING party room. 20 children, in addition to birthday child and siblings of birthday child is included.  Parents and adults are always welcome to play – no charge! (appropriate for ages 1-8 yrs old). Additional charge ($10) for each child over 20 children, with a max of 30 children allowed.  Exclusive use of our facility and a minimum of 2 "Roll" Models dedicated to giving you and your child an exceptional party experience. Dedicated use of fun, festive, and GLOWING air conditioned party room All plates, cups, napkins and utensils Custom online invitations (email, text, print, rsvp all online) Group games and activities in the Gym centered around the Birthday child, led by our well-trained, energetic "Roll" Models. Moonbounce, Zipline, Rockwall, and Tumble Trak all included! The Gym lights will be off and the GLOW LIGHTS will be on!! Set up and clean up including cleaning and sanitizing of the Gym and disinfecting Party room and all frequent touch surfaces. 50% off one full 9-week Gym Class (valid for 1 yr after party date, does not include $30 annual registration fee) for the Birthday Child. $100 non-refundable deposit is included in the price of the party. All you have to do is bring the food and drinks (and party favors, if desired), relax, share and enjoy the excitement! We have a local pizza parlor in Severna Park that we have discounts with,  just ask! *Want extra time? We can add an additional 30 minutes to the end of your party that will be divided between the Gym (+15 minutes) and the Party room (+15 minutes) for $90. Please Book and Pay for the Party day and time that you want and then call or email us to ask for the additional 30 minutes. It's that easy!!

Cancellation Policy

There will be an additional charge of $10.00 per child over 20 for the Classic Party Package, payable day of party. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is included in the price of the party. Rolly Pollies reserves the right to remove any unpaid reservation with due notice. Dates book up quickly so call us for details and make your reservations early. No refunds will be given if the party is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date scheduled. If you cancel your party 3 or more weeks before the date scheduled you will receive your balance minus the $100 deposit. There is a $75 change fee if a party is rescheduled within 2 weeks of already scheduled date. There will be an additional fee of $50 for parties that have more than one Birthday Child. Fee does not apply to siblings. Weather Policy: If your party is cancelled by Rolly Pollies due to weather or power-related issues, you have the choice to use your already-paid funds towards re-scheduling your party at the next available date of your choice or towards any class or activity. Or, you may get a refund, minus the $100 deposit. *** COVID-19 policies are not subject to the above policies and will be evaluated on a case by case basis along with current Government mandates. All Parties and activities will be paused should a mandated closure be required and resumed when allowed to reopen. Credits may be issued but refunds will not. ***
