If you do not see indicated above that we are closed - then we are OPEN and ready to play!

We do our best to stay open. However, the safety of our customers and our employees is is also a priority. Here are the details of how we handle weather:

 

• We do not follow Anne Arundel County School closing schedule.

 

• When we make a decision to close we will use all available methods of communication - email, website and phone message will be updated. For the fastest communication check our social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram.

 

• If your class is cancelled due to our closing we will issue you a "snow pass" which allows you to make up that class.

 

• If your Party is cancelled due to our closing you have your choice to use your already paid funds to reschedule your party at the next available date of your choice or towards any class or activity. Or, you may get a refund less your $100 deposit.
